Job summary

Takeda is hiring a Manufacturing Tech I in Social Circle, GA. The role focuses on converting raw materials and components into finished goods following cGMP, EH&S, and regulatory guidelines. You will support production procedures, participate in training, and help with document creation and revisions.

You will work a 6:00AM–6:30PM, 2-2-3 rotational schedule and report to the Supervisor, Manufacturing. Weekend shifts and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED plus 1+ years of related experience.
Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing.
Experience with basic pharmaceutical production equipment.
Able to work with both metric and USA measurements.
Knowledge of basic chemical and biological safety procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Immunization may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform general production manufacturing work.
Assemble finished components or parts into finished products.
Process manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical and chemical processing.
Set up and operate machine tools to convert materials into parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies.
Conduct surface finishing of parts, components, and assembled items.
Package materials or finished goods into containers for protection, display, and handling.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
