Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE is seeking a manufacturing/processing associate to operate pharmaceutical compounding equipment and maintain precise documentation. You will support SOPs, safety practices, and teamwork while meeting daily production targets.

The role requires basic math, reading procedures, and practical hand-tool and PC skills. Regular 1st shift hours apply with potential overtime.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Language skills: read and interpret procedures.
Math skills: apply general math concepts.
Proficient in using handheld calculators.

Responsibilities

Record Keeping and Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records, including timecards, batch records, and logbooks.
Equipment Operation: Operate blenders, dryers, Glatt Granulators, weigh room scales, and liquid vessels; clean and set up / disassemble equipment; use moisture analyzers and pH meters; handle pallets and hi-lifts.
SOPs / cGMP Compliance: Follow SOPs, maintain housekeeping, adhere to dress code.
Safety Practices: Apply safe manufacturing practices, lock-out/tag-out procedures, read MSDS; wear PPE as required.
Decision-Making: Escalate issues, follow instructions, stop processes when needed, identify out-of-spec materials.
Process Knowledge: Understand production flow, staging and storage locations, key terminology.
Communication: Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors; support teamwork.
PC Skills: Perform SAP transactions and BMS activities.
