Job summary

Zoetis in Lincoln, NE, is seeking a hands-on technician to assist aseptic filling, lyophilization, and capping in a GMP environment. You will monitor processes, verify fill volumes, and document steps in batch records while adhering to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrate basic mechanical skills.
• Demonstration of personal computer usage.

Responsibilities

• Handle movement of sterile equipment using practices designed to achieve and ensure equipment sterility.
• Learn and demonstrate understanding of basic sterilization principles and aseptic technique.
• Understand and use fill schedule to meet customers' requirements.
• Basic knowledge and use of inventory management system
• Assist with operation of CIP/SIP systems, as applicable.
• Operate fill suites independently.
• Independently perform mechanical set up procedures in an aseptic environment
• Update batch records, SOPs and JTC's
• Participate in cross training within manufacturing.
• Identify and communicate work order issues.
