Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job.
• Language skills: read and interpret procedures.
• Math concepts: apply general math.
• Basic mechanical understanding and use of hand tools.
• Proficient in using handheld calculators.
• Two years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record-keeping: complete and maintain accurate records.
• Operate production equipment (blenders, dryers, Glatt Granulators, weigh scales, liquid vessels).
• Clean production equipment and facilities; set up and disassemble equipment.
• Operate in-process devices including moisture analyzers and pH meters.
• Use material handling devices (electric/manual pallet jacks, hi-lifts).
• Follow SOPs and cGMP; maintain housekeeping and dress code.
• Apply safe manufacturing practices; read MSDS and use PPE as required.
• Escalate issues; follow instructions; identify out-of-spec materials.
