Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs daily equipment and scale checks and documents times.
• Maintains organized, clean work area and logs batch records.
• Performs required cleaning of process equipment and rooms.
• Completes batch record paperwork for traceability.
• Weighs raw materials to meet batch requirements and ensures accuracy.
• Prepares batches of solutions and cleans tanks and components.
• Starts up and shuts down coating line; monitors quality variables.
• Sets up and performs slitting and packaging of finished rolls; maintains logs.
