Job summary

Pharmavite is hiring a Technician I to execute daily manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently. You will operate and adjust equipment, perform changeovers, and maintain clean, compliant work areas according to cGMP standards.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety practices, use of MES for production data, and teamwork to meet quality and output goals. A high school diploma and PIT certification training readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of safe operation of manufacturing equipment and adherence to production specs.
• Experience with 5S housekeeping and sanitation per cGMP guidelines.
• Ability to monitor equipment through meters, gauges, and controls.
• Comfort with MES and other production data platforms.
• Willingness to train others and perform preventive maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment safely in assigned area.
• Perform housekeeping, sanitation, and quality checks per SOPs and cGMP.
• Identify and escalate safety or quality issues to leadership.
• Communicate production information using MES and other dashboards.
• Assist with changeovers, setup, and equipment maintenance.
