Adare Pharma Solutions in Vandalia, OH, is hiring a Production Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations team. You will learn and perform pharmaceutical manufacturing techniques, including dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, and coating, while following GMP and safety guidelines.

Cross-training is provided, and there are opportunities for growth. The role requires a high school diploma and GMP experience, with strong computer and communication skills to document

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 2+ years of GMP experience, preferably in Oral Solid Dose manufacturing.
• Sufficient computer skills as well as communications, both oral and written.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic in all units of measure (math).
• Ability to wear respirator and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dispensing room per SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Record.
• Document setup and cleaning in logbooks and relevant paperwork.
• Dispense raw material from the warehouse per Batch Manufacturing Record.
• Issue raw material per Batch Manufacturing Record and record issuance details.
• Operate granulation, coating, compression, encapsulation and encapsulation equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and comply with cGMP and safety policies.
