Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in a supervisory capacity within pharmaceutical manufacturing, strongLeadership, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years supervisory/leadership experience in pharma/manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in regulated pharma/biopharma environments and GMP knowledge.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production plans and supervise operators and mechanics.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in a 24/7 operation with safety and GMP compliance.
• Lead process improvement projects and track performance metrics (OEE, downtime).
• Prepare and review manufacturing/packaging records and budgets.
