Job summary

You will oversee technicians, provide training, manage documentation, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet timelines and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• GMP-regulated manufacturing environment experience required.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience required.
• Associates degree in engineering, electronics, mechanical, or refrigeration.
• Bachelors degree preferred in engineering/science.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority and resources.
• Monitor work areas and equipment to detect unsafe conditions or procedural violations.
• Supervise employees and review work performance.
• Provide training in safety, repair, and maintenance techniques.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with client requirements.
• Manage technical issues and ensure timely project status updates.
