Civica Rx, located in Petersburg, VA, seeks a Manufacturing Technician Lead to oversee the vial line, drive production timelines, and act as a liaison between operations and QA, logistics, and engineering to support events, deviations, and change controls.

You will assist in day-to-day floor oversight, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions while upholding GMP guidelines and a strong safety culture.

Formación

• 4+ years of Operations or Manufacturing Support in Pharmaceuticals.
• Experience working in GMP environments and with deviation investigations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing floor operations and drive production timelines.
• Escalate delays or issues through the established process.
• Participate in cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and RCA/FMEA OSSCE.
• Lead training and troubleshooting for operations.
• Assist in OJT tracking to ensure staff are trained and qualified.
• Collaborate with QA for deviation resolution and comment resolution.
• Support release of orders with Logistics.
• Monitor area metrics and contribute to production scheduling.
