The role requires strong Lean/Six Sigma leadership, experience in high-speed fill/finish, and proven mentoring ability to develop a capable manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in regulated production environments.
• Advanced experience in process improvement, project management, and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Prior high-speed fill/finish (vial, cartridge, PFS) experience required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; self-directed.

Responsabilités

• Lead Manufacturing team to ensure compliant, cost-effective production of injectable products.
• Participate in equipment qualifications and develop SOPs and governing documents.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve safety, and quality while meeting production plans.
• Mentor Associates in Lean/Six Sigma tools and change management techniques.
• Lead investigations and CAPAs with data-driven verification of effectiveness.
