Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC, is seeking a Technician 2, Maintenance to install, maintain, and repair process systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The role requires conducting preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment uptime and compliance with GMP.

You will work on a day shift within a 24/7 manufacturing environment, supporting site operations and safety initiatives while contributing to SOP development and equipment optimization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with GMP environments and safety procedures.
• CMMS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on process equipment such as bioreactors, centrifuges, ultrafiltration skids, parts washers, autoclaves, isolators, and fillers.
• Provides recommendations to develop preventive maintenance plans to minimize equipment downtime.
• Contributes to SOP development and revisions for process maintenance activities.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions.
• Assists in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follows GMP and safety requirements.
