Job summary
Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for the 1st shift (Tuesday through Saturday) in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. This entry-level position performs scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment under supervision, ensuring reliability and minimizing downtime.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic PM knowledge, and the ability to read voltmeters. Safety, GMP compliance, and teamwork are essential as you support cross-functional maintenance
Qualifications
- Entry-level maintenance role requiring basic PM knowledge and the ability to read voltmeters safely.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational training preferred.
- Minimum 1 year maintenance experience or related technical school graduate.
Responsibilities
- Report to shift supervisor and take on preventive maintenance work orders.
- Perform scheduled PM on production and support equipment.
- Prioritize tasks on out-of-service equipment to meet startup schedules.
- Complete PMs accurately and on time; maintain zero overdue PMs.
- Document maintenance activities in CMMS/work orders.
- Follow GMP and safety policies at all times.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas.
