Candidates should have several years of hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance experience, familiarity with PLC troubleshooting, and knowledge of PM programs and equipment release procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, and equipment release procedures.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred; experience in another regulated industry

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment related to the manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
• Utilize knowledge of PLCs to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain proper GMP documentation and lockout tagout for equipment maintenance
• Utilize proper PPE (protective equipment) while working within a regulated environment
