Job summary

Penn Life Sciences in Langhorne, PA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, mechanical repairs, equipment changeovers, and troubleshooting to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and facility operations, while maintaining equipment reliability and safety.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical troubleshooting experience, the ability to read SOPs and drawings, and works effectively in a cGMP-regulated

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
2–5 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain manufacturing, packaging, and facility equipment.
Perform changeovers per procedures and production needs.
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment; identify root causes.
Support equipment installations, inspections, qualifications, and validations.
