Job summary
FITS LLC in Juncos, Puerto Rico seeks an engineering professional with a Bachelor's in Engineering and at least two years in the Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and hands-on experience with Maximo, cGMP procedures, and PO submissions.
The candidate will provide technical solutions, apply standard engineering methods under supervision, and act as a technical expert for processes and equipment during troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of relevant experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English).
- Experience with Maximo, cGMP, POs, and related engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
- Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques under supervision.
- Serve as a technical expert to process, equipment, and systems during troubleshooting.
- Supervise manufacturing processes for performance indicators and mentor teams.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, utilities, quality assurance and validation departments on process modifications.
- Support manufacturing/quality systems, deviations, equipment qualification, and process validation.
