FITS, LLC is looking for a qualified candidate with expertise in pharmaceutical utility systems for a pivotal role in enhancing operations at their facility in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The ideal applicant will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have extensive experience managing utility systems effectively in a regulated environment.

This position involves providing technical support, leading troubleshooting efforts, and participating in project execution and compliance considerations that enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience with utility systems in a regulated environment.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers and pumps.
• Ability to lead troubleshooting efforts and provide technical support.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical expertise for daily operations.
• Lead troubleshooting on manufacturing interruptions.
• Assist in the development of process Control Strategy.
• Evaluate projects focusing on economic, safety, and environmental impacts.
