Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and two years of relevant experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.
• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Proactive and task-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Evaluate and apply standard engineering techniques under supervision.
• Act as a technical expert in manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Supervise manufacturing processes to monitor performance indicators and operations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and validation teams on process and system improvements.
• Support deviations, equipment qualification, process validation, procedures, and training as needed.
• Apply engineering principles to design and implement system modifications and capital projects.
