Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our site team. This role targets an experienced electrician or someone keen to become one, supporting HPS plant and equipment to meet qualified status and design intent.

You will maintain and improve plant systems, plan workloads, procure spares, and participate in projects, while ensuring compliance with cGMP and ESH standards. The role requires teamwork, accountability, and a hands-on approach to technical problems.

Qualifications

• Experienced electrician or willing to become one.
• Maintain and improve HPS plant/equipment while ensuring compliance with standards.
• Plan, organise and prioritise workload; coordinate maintenance activities.
• Procure and manage spares to maximise availability and minimise costs.
• Participate in plant improvement projects and provide technical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and improve HPS engineering systems/documentation.
• Ensure plant/equipment availability meets business objectives.
• Co-ordinate contractor maintenance activities when required.
• Develop knowledge across core trades and support equipment maintenance.
• Work as part of a team to meet targets.
