Job summary

Entertimeonline in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment and control systems, following CMMS guidelines and manufacturer procedures.

You will report maintenance opportunities, suggest improvements, follow the weekly schedule, and generate work orders for non-preventive tasks while ensuring compliance with cGMP, OSHA, EPA, and related regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate/Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or Instrumentation.
• 0-3 years of experience in maintenance operations in a pharmaceutical environment.
• PR “Perito” Electrical License or Refrigeration Technician License depending on the role.
• Basic ability to read and interpret general business documents; ability to write routine reports and general business correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to solve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintains production equipment and control systems per CMMS guidelines.
• Reports opportunities during preventive maintenance execution.
• Provides recommendations for preventive maintenance task improvements.
• Follows weekly maintenance plan and alerts if risks to schedule arise.
• Generates maintenance work orders for tasks outside the preventive maintenance scope.
• Provides troubleshooting support across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and automation domains.
• Supports root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
