Stryker Corporation in Cary, IL is seeking a Machine Operator in the Pharma department to set up and operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines, including robotic assembly equipment, used in the production of our products.

You will perform in-process quality checks, maintain GMP/GDP standards, and work with a team to ensure safe, efficient operations while meeting production targets and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ year manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly; stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic machines in pharma production.
• Perform in-process quality checks and report issues to the line.
• Maintain GMP/GDP standards and 6S in the work area.
• Record labor and material use in the production system.
• Attend performance metric meetings and complete required training.
