Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Cary, Illinois is seeking a Machine Operator I for the 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:00pm) to operate equipment in the Comfort Bath department. You'll feed materials, adjust settings, perform minor repairs, and pull finished products from the line.

Responsibilities include attending daily team meetings, stocking materials, collaborating with peers and technicians, recording scrap and maintenance requests, and ensuring GMP/GDP compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to maneuver and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Overtime and weekend overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate simple manufacturing equipment.
• Attend and participate in daily team meetings.
• Stock work area with needed materials.
• Collaborate with peers, departments, and technicians.
• Record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents.
• Maintain GMP and GDP standards.
• Perform in-process quality checks where applicable.
• Communicate with supervisors and shifts.
• Identify and report safety concerns and documentation errors.
