Elpixel is seeking a Project Manager in Miami to lead cross-functional pharma and life sciences initiatives from initiation to delivery. This full-time, on-site role requires translating business objectives into actionable plans while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

You will coordinate stakeholders across operations, regulatory, product development, and commercial teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive continuous process improvements in a fast-growing biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotechnology, or related healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of pharma operations, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting platforms.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights.
• Must be based in the Miami area and available to work on-site.

Responsabilités

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with teams across operations, commercial, regulatory, product development, and other business functions.
• Manage projects within the pharmaceutical industry, understanding industry-specific processes, requirements, and challenges.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely decision-making.
• Monitor project budgets, allocate resources, track expenses, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and support adherence to applicable pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
• Monitor project KPIs, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates, risks, and results to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
