Job summary

Aptus Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced individual for a Full-Time managerial position in IT. The successful candidate will have over 16 years of IT experience, including 8 years in managerial positions and at least 5 years in customer-facing roles managing large Pharma/CRO/Med devices engagements.

Your responsibilities will include responding to RFPs, transitioning services, and managing multiple customer engagements. Strong communication skills and leadership abilities are required. This is an immediate requirement.

Qualifications

• 16+ years of IT experience, with 8 years in managerial roles.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles managing large engagements.
• Strong understanding of Pharma / Life Science domain and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage large Pharma/CRO/Med devices customer engagements independently.
• Respond to RFPs and defend solutions to customers.
• Transition services to Offshore and manage delivery.

• Candidates should be team players with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple customer engagements independently.
• Possession of ITIL and PMI certifications are essential and not mandatory.
• Good experience in responding to RFPs and defending the solution to customers.
• Should have good understanding of Pharma / Life Science domain and regulatory requirements.
• Should be able to transition the services to Offshore and manage the complete delivery in Onsite Offshore model.
• Should be willing to travel for new engagements.
