Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic SAP Project Manager with 4–8 years of experience and a strong background in the Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects within regulated pharma environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation / rollout projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, and deliverables
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, Business stakeholders)
• Ensure compliance with pharma regulatory standards (GxP, validation processes, etc.)
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Conduct regular status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure quality standards and documentation are maintained

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–8 years of overall experience in SAP projects
• Proven experience as SAP Project Lead / Project Manager
• Mandatory experience in the Pharma / Life Sciences industry
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, QM preferred)
• Knowledge of GxP compliance and validation processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile / Waterfall environments

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certification (added advantage)
• Experience handling global rollout projects
• PMP / Prince2 certification (nice to have)
