Job summary

MathCo seeks a commercially minded Pharma and Life Sciences Customer Success Consultant to drive account growth and oversee success of key engagements across pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

The role combines advisory work with delivery oversight, focusing on revenue growth, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Senior stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, customer success, account management, or life sciences.
• Proven ability to grow strategic accounts and manage executive relationships.
• Strong consulting skills, including problem structuring, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
• Experience translating business challenges into analytics, AI, or data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Growth and Account Expansion — build and maintain executive-level relationships across Pharma and Life Sciences accounts.
• Delivery Oversight — partner with delivery teams to ensure engagements meet client expectations and measurable outcomes.
• Team Leadership — mentor internal teams and lead large cross-functional programs.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Success, Consulting, Data Science, Engineering, and Delivery teams to shape solutions.
