Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7+ years in pharma consulting, analytics, or data science with Oncology exposure.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical clients in commercial, medical, or market access analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business questions with structured analytical approaches.
• Lead analytics initiatives on patient journeys, treatment pathways, LOT, brand performance, and market dynamics.
• Leverage real-world and secondary data to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Interpret outputs and contextualize findings within oncology landscape.
• Collaborate with data science, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Present findings and strategic narratives to senior client stakeholders.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions and solutioning workshops in a consulting setting.
• Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional collaboration.
