Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Admin in Guaynabo, PR. You will draft state pharmaceutical applications, verify licenses, and review applications for accuracy. Manage mail flow and update databases while maintaining a document repository for customer files.

The role requires experience in regulatory data entry, licensing processes, and familiarity with Boards of Pharmacy, DEA, or FDA. On-site with remote-friendly options may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, or related administrative field.
• Experience with regulatory data entry, application processing, or compliance documentation.
• Familiarity with boards of Pharmacy, DEA, or FDA is a plus.
• Experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with document management systems, CRM, or licensing portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft online and hard copy state pharmaceutical applications.
• License verification and review of applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Review outgoing and incoming mail (electronic if remote).
• Address deficiencies highlighted by the Board on behalf of customer.
• Update internal database reflecting application progression.
• Maintain document repository of supporting documents, applications and deficiency correspondence.
• Perform administrative work (basic Word skills).
