Job summary

Amneal is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and ensure GMP compliance in a regulated environment. You will oversee DMAIC projects, capacity planning, and line balancing to boost throughput and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing/pharma engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead DMAIC projects to improve process efficiency.
• Apply Value Stream Mapping to identify wastes and streamline workflows.
• Ensure GMP compliance and support validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; perform RCA and trend analysis.
• Drive cost reduction focusing on scrap, rework, and deviations.
• Conduct bottleneck analysis and line balancing for throughput.
