Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Boston, MA seeks a senior QA leader to own end-to-end testing and validation across multiple Pharma projects, with a focus on quality, governance, and customer satisfaction.

You will lead onsite and offshore teams, drive automation and AI-enabled testing, ensure GxP compliance and data integrity, and partner with stakeholders to deliver measurable quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT and Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years supporting Pharma/Life Sciences customers.
• Experience leading global testing services delivery across US, UK, and India.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Test Strategy & Governance.
• Functional, Integration, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Data Testing & Validation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Testing & Validation service delivery across multiple Pharma projects.
• Lead onsite/offshore QA teams and manage delivery, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Drive QA through automation, AI-enabled testing, and Quality Engineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
• Act as escalation point for delivery issues and customer concerns.
• Support solutioning, staffing, and growth initiatives.

Salary Range: $110,000 -$130,000 year
