Job summary

JobRx, Inc. in Boston, MA, is seeking a senior QA leader with 8+ years in IT and QA to own end-to-end testing across pharma projects, including on-site and offshore teams, and to drive data validation, regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).

You will define test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards, advance automation and AI-enabled testing, and manage stakeholders with strong customer-facing skills, while supporting staffing and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT and Quality Assurance.
• 5+ years supporting Pharma/Life Sciences customers.
• Experience leading global testing services delivery across US, UK, and India.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Testing & Validation service delivery across multiple Pharma projects
• Lead onsite/offshore QA teams and manage delivery, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Define test strategy, governance, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Drive QA through automation, AI-enabled testing, and Quality Engineering practices.
• Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
• Act as escalation point for delivery issues and customer concerns.
• Support solutioning, staffing, and growth initiatives.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $110,000 -$130,000 year
