• 3-5 years of large law firm experience in intellectual property disputes.
• Background in molecular biology, cellular biology, or biochemistry; experience in Hatch Waxman, biosimilars, or other pharmaceutical patent litigation preferred.
• A master's degree or Ph.D. preferred but not required.
• Excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying.

Responsibilities

• Draft and litigate intellectual property disputes in the pharmaceutical space, including Hatch-Waxman and biosimilar matters.
• Conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and contribute to case strategy and filings.
• Interact with clients, manage discovery, and coordinate with internal teams on complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with associates and partners to advance matters through resolution and trial preparation.
