Chicago, Philadelphia – Intellectual Property Disputes (Life Sciences) Associate – Morgan Lewis & Bockius

Seeking an associate with 3‑5 years of large law firm experience to join our intellectual property disputes practice. A supportive team environment offers ample opportunities for professional development and client interaction. Preferred background in molecular biology, cellular biology, or biochemistry with experience in Hatch‑Waxman, biosimilars, or other pharmaceutical patent litigation. A master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred but not required. Must possess excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Must be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying.

Salary range for this position in IL is $260,000 - $390,000, subject to adjustment during interview based on experience and market factors. Total compensation may include medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, paid time off, and other benefits as outlined in the offer.
