Qualifications

• 5+ years of inventory experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical/compounding setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling inventory data.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move boxes and other inventory items.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, inspect for damages or discrepancies.
• Put away received items in designated storage locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain organized inventory system with proper labeling and categorization.
• Collaborate with teams to determine inventory needs and initiate restocking orders.
