The Pharmacy Hub in Davie, FL is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support the afternoon shift, ensuring medications are available, properly organized, and maintained to sustain daily pharmacy operations. You will work closely with the Inventory Supervisor, Fulfillment, Receiving, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth medication flow, resolve discrepancies, and uphold inventory accuracy above 90%.

This role requires attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in production inventory, warehouse, or a related role.
• Basic proficiency with inventory or warehouse management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures consistently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Replenishment and Floor Support: Replenish and supply medications to Fulfillment Department throughout the shift; coordinate with Receiving, Fulfillment, Warehouse, and Inventory leadership to resolve daily inventory needs.
• Storage, Organization, and Rotation: Maintain accurate organization of medications by location, lot number, expiration date, and storage requirements; follow FIFO/FEFO; keep storage areas organized and labeled; maintain a clean, safe inventory area.
• Inventory Accuracy and Counting: Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies; verify physical inventory against Dispense Pro; support investigations involving missing lots or variances; maintain inventory accuracy above 90%.
• Stock Monitoring and Expiration Control: Monitor low-stock items and elevate shortages; review expiration dates and BUDs to identify at-risk products.
• Non-Saleable and Compromised Inventory: Separate and manage quarantined, damaged, expired, recalled, or return-pending inventory; report issues.
• Transfers, Returns, and Adjustments: Support medication transfers between locations and document movements; assist with returns, recalls, and adjustments.
