Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Lake Zurich, IL is seeking an Inventory Planner to support finished goods inventory planning and management across the supply chain. The role collaborates with Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, Customer Service, and Quality to maintain product availability while controlling inventory levels.

You will monitor stock, analyze data, prepare SOP inventory analyses, and create reports and dashboards to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP/SAP or similar planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor pharmaceutical finished goods inventory to help maintain optimal levels.
• Analyze inventory positions across the distribution network to maximize turns.
• Coordinate transfers between distribution centers to optimize stock.
• Support SOP processes with inventory analyses and KPIs.
• Develop reports and dashboards to monitor inventory health.
