Job summary

ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and implement engaging training for scientific, technical, and compliance-driven environments. You will collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and leadership to create learning solutions supporting plasma collection and manufacturing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in instructional design, with experience in regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Life Sciences or related field with a training focus.
• 3+ years of instructional design experience, preferably in biopharma, pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• Experience in regulated environments with compliance training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Excellent collaboration and communication of complex scientific information.
• Experience with LMS/eQMS administration and SCORM/xAPI standards.
• Familiarity with multimedia design and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality learning materials including eLearning modules, ILT, vILT, microlearning, job aids, and assessments.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and propose instructional strategies.
• Collaborate with SMEs, scientists, compliance officers, and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize authoring tools, eQMS, and other eLearning platforms to design and deploy training solutions.
• Ensure training programs meet FDA, GMP, GCP, GLP, GxP, CLIA regulatory standards.
• Track learning effectiveness using data analytics and iteratively improve content.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects to meet timelines.
