ADMA Biologics in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer for designing, developing, and implementing training programs tailored to our scientific, technical, and compliance-driven environment. You will collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and leadership to create learning solutions that support plasma collection and manufacturing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of instructional design experience in regulated environments,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related field.
• 3+ years of instructional design experience in regulated biopharma or healthcare.
• Experience with FDA/GMP/GxP compliance training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Proficiency with eLearning development tools (listed).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning materials including eLearning modules, ILT, vILT, microlearning, job aids, and assessments.
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify learning gaps and propose strategies.
• Collaborate with SMEs, scientists, compliance officers, and cross-functional teams to create content.
• Utilize authoring tools, eQMS, and other platforms to deploy training solutions.
• Ensure programs meet regulatory standards (FDA, GMP, GCP, GLP, GxP, CLIA).
• Track learning effectiveness using data analytics and continuously improve content.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects with timely delivery.
