Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing, Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Inspector to oversee inspection tasks and lead the finishing area under cGMP guidelines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will verify rejects, perform equipment setup, maintain data trends, train staff, and support audits, with opportunities for overtime, strong teamwork, and growth within a safety‑conscious environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ years as a qualified inspector of parenteral products.
• Knowledge of QA principles and procedures in pharma/biopharma/biotech manufacturing.
• Experience in pharmaceutical inspection with understanding of cGMP, FDA guidelines, and multinational regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and CFR guidelines.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inspection team ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of areas and equipment.
• Verify and classify rejects; provide feedback to inspectors.
• Set up and operate inspection equipment.
• Document following Good Documentation Practices.
• Assist in completion of batch record materials.
• Navigate Master Control and use its features.
• Maintain data trending reports from inspection data.
• Train inspection employees with support from Finishing Trainer.
• Communicate professionally with Finishing and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Continuous Quality and Safety Improvements.
• Support Agency, customer and vendor audits as needed.
