Job summary

Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc. in Billerica, MA seeks a Production Associate to assist in visual inspections, labeling and packaging of liquids, suspensions, and lyophilized products.

You will help with clean-up, safety, and documentation in a regulated environment, ensuring quality control and traceability. You will operate basic packaging equipment, follow SOPs, and maintain records in compliance with cGMP and FDA requirements while collaborating with a small team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Biotechnology certificate preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to visually inspect small print/labels.
• Ability to visually inspect liquids and lyophilized products for particles.
• Ability to read, write and follow written procedures in English.
• Ability to work independently or in a group.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing visual inspections, labeling and packaging of liquids, suspensions, and lyophilized products.
• Clean up labeling and packaging equipment and facility as needed.
• Maintain manufacturing records to comply with Federal Regulations and FDA.
• Report deviations to department management and stock materials.
• Operate semi-automatic inspection machine, vial label applicator and related equipment.
• Follow safety policies and work under supervision as required.
