SUN PHARMA in Massachusetts is seeking a 1st shift packaging associate (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) to visually inspect, label and package pharmaceutical products, including liquids and lyophilized forms. You will operate semi-automatic inspection equipment, label applicators, and box imprinting machines, maintain records, follow SOPs, and help keep the cleanroom and packaging area safe.

Requires a High School diploma or GED and a biotechnology certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Biotechnology certificate preferred or equivalent experience.
Ability to visually inspect small print/printed labels.
Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently or in a group setting.

Responsabilités

Assist in performing visual inspections, labeling, assembling and packaging of liquids, suspensions, and lyophilized pharmaceutical products in vials, ampoules etc.
Cleans up labeling and packaging assembly equipment and facility as needed
Comply with all policies and procedures related to personal safety and job area safety
Maintains manufacturing records and completes all required paperwork/documents to comply with Federal Regulations and FDA
Reports variance or deviations from standard procedures to department management
Stocks materials utilized by the department
Operates semi-automatic inspection machine, vial label applicator and box imprinting machines
Other duties as assigned
