Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Healthcare Survey Research & Pharma Insights Expert on a contract basis. This remote role focuses on healthcare survey design for physicians and patients within pharma research.

You will translate objectives into rigorous questionnaires, assess wording, skip logic, and collaborate with therapeutic-area experts to ensure clinical accuracy. Strong experience in healthcare research and familiarity with Qualtrics, Decipher/Forsta, Alchemer, and SurveyMonkey are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare, pharma, life-sciences, or medical research.
• Hands-on survey development for physicians, patients, or healthcare stakeholders.
• Strong questionnaire design and survey methodology knowledge.
• Familiar with physician research considerations and clinical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and refine physician and patient survey instruments.
• Translate objectives into clear, valid questionnaires.
• Evaluate screeners, eligibility, wording, response scales, survey flow, branching/skip logic.
• Collaborate with therapeutic-area experts for clinical accuracy.
• Provide written explanations and actionable recommendations for survey improvements.
• Work independently and asynchronously to produce high-quality survey outputs.
