Inizio Ignite, a global health and life sciences advisory, seeks a growth-minded analyst to join the STEM team in a hybrid role with 3 days in the York office and 2 remote days. You will develop pharmaceutical industry insight, strengthen quantitative and qualitative analysis, and support senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations.

You will build Excel databases, analyze client data, and craft presentations for clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must have an economics or science-based degree with numerical emphasis.
• A few years of experience in a similar analysis role within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare industry is preferable.
• Strong communication and project management skills to handle multiple projects with different stakeholders.
• Advanced experience in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Be proactive with drive and ambition in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Liaising with STEM senior leadership and local project teams to establish project delivery requirements.
• Managing multiple client projects and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Building and maintaining MS Excel databases from source data.
• Analyzing client data using quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate KPIs.
• Pressure testing source data and identifying areas for investigation.
• Collaborating with Directors to interpret data and formulate action plans for clients.
• Produce high quality presentations and other deliverables using MS PowerPoint.
• Support team members to meet client deadlines and drive efficiencies.
