Job summary

ZS is seeking a motivated Insights & Analytics professional in Boston to serve as a day-to-day analytics partner supporting a leading biopharmaceutical organization's commercial and decision sciences teams.

You will analyze large healthcare datasets, develop market performance tracking and KPI frameworks, translate questions into analyses, and present data-driven recommendations to client stakeholders. This hybrid role combines client-facing work with internal collaboration at ZS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, engineering, data science, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare analytics, or life sciences consulting.
• Hands-on experience with commercial pharmaceutical data and secondary data sources.
• Strong ability to translate findings into business recommendations for commercial stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Serve as a day-to-day analytics partner supporting a leading biopharmaceutical organization's commercial and decision sciences teams.
• Analyze large healthcare datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop market performance tracking, brand performance reporting, and KPI frameworks.

• Collaborate with client teams and ZS colleagues to execute analytics programs and adapt to evolving needs.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations communicating key findings for brand strategy.
