Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education considered.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Advanced math skills and ability to perform complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC technicians and specialists; oversee daily workload and schedules.
• Coordinate with business leaders to forecast workload and deliverables.
• Mentor and coach team members to build expertise across functions.
• Drive preventive maintenance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and reliability of critical HVAC and related systems.
