Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• GMP manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience managing engineering projects.
• Experience with bioreactors, CIP, autoclaves, or purified water systems.
• Broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, process, and utilities.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, and turnover information.
• Coordinate engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptable to greenfield/startup environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects involving production equipment, processes, utilities, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, automation, and vendors.
• Oversee equipment/systems such as bioreactors, CIP, purified water, autoclaves, centrifuges, boilers, chillers.
• Review drawings, documentation, specs, turnover packages, and requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and readiness issues; drive resolution.
• Participate in installation, startup, testing, turnover, readiness.
• Develop plans, priorities, resources, and track work.
• Coordinate technical decisions across disciplines.
• Facilitate issue resolution among stakeholders.
• Ensure GMP and safety compliance; follow procedures.
• Contribute to maintenance strategies and plant standards.
