Job summary

Insight Global seeks a versatile Facilities Engineer to join the engineering organization supporting the startup of a large-scale greenfield pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina.

This role will manage multidisciplinary engineering projects across manufacturing equipment, clean utilities, mechanical systems, electrical infrastructure, and process systems, with readiness as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering projects in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with GMP manufacturing and equipment readiness.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects across production equipment, process systems, utilities, and electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate activities with engineering, manufacturing, quality, automation, and vendors.
• Review drawings, documentation and specifications for compliance with GMP and site standards.
• Identify gaps, risks, and readiness concerns and drive resolution.
• Support equipment installation, startup, testing, turnover and operations readiness.
