Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Blue Ash, OH is seeking a focused manufacturing professional for a 12-hour shift role. You will safely manufacture pharmaceutical products, follow SOPs and GMP, and work in a team to meet schedules.

The role requires a High school diploma, 2+ years in related manufacturing, and strong attention to detail. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in powder blending/granulation, tablet compression and/or coating with exposure in dispensing, liquids/semisolids and tablet printing manufacturing.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process/manufacture products in accordance with written processing orders.
• Prepare manufacturing areas and equipment for the production of pharmaceutical products.
• Clean processing equipment and rooms in accordance with SOPs and GMP.
• Provide assistance and training to Formulation Technician I.
• Troubleshoot equipment they are trained on.
• Provide feedback and process improvement suggestions.
• Ensure product quality meets standards of Thermo Fisher Scientific and regulatory agencies.
• Follow EH&S and GMP requirements.
• Maintain a safe working environment and report hazards.
• Perform alternating or rotating shift work.
