Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our team. You will work as a key stakeholder within a cross-functional group to deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels, shaping strategic decisions.

The role requires 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, strong TA expertise, and basic Python for forecasting and analytics. You will develop and maintain brand forecasts, build forecasting models, and present insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
• Strong therapeutic area expertise across Oncology, Vaccines, Immunology, Rare Diseases, or other pharma disciplines.
• Proficiency in forecasting and analytics platforms such as SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, and other data processing tools.
• Basic proficiency in Python to support forecasting and analytical activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts to support strategic and operational planning.
• Conduct brand, franchise, regional, and country-level forecasting with actionable insights.
• Apply quantitative and analytical techniques to forecast challenges and perform sensitivity analyses.
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models and adopt appropriate assumptions.
• Analyze historical performance, market dynamics, and business drivers to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, dashboards, and presentations for insights and recommendations.
