Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting experience
• Strong therapeutic area (TA) expertise
• Ability to develop forecasting assumptions and prepare concept notes
• Create impactful presentations for senior leadership
• Basic proficiency in Python to support forecasting and analytics

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short- and long-term brand forecasts across global, regional, and country levels
• Conduct country- and region-level forecasting to provide actionable insights
• Apply quantitative methods and sensitivity analyses to forecast risks and opportunities
• Build, validate, and enhance forecasting models with appropriate assumptions
• Analyze historical performance and market drivers to improve forecast accuracy
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations communicating insights effectively
• Present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Automate forecasting processes using Python and analytics tools
• Drive continuous improvement with best practices and new technologies
• Lead and mentor team members, contributing to capability building
